Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Nudge ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Nudge is a macOS menu bar application that connects to your Google Calendar to display meeting countdowns, alerts, and quick-join links for video conferencing platforms like Zoom and Google Meet.

Google Account Requirements

To use Nudge, you must:

• Have a valid Google account with access to Google Calendar
• Grant Nudge permission to read your calendar events
• Comply with Google's Terms of Service

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Nudge only for its intended purpose of personal calendar management. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App to access calendar data you are not authorized to view
• Redistribute or resell the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

Intellectual Property

The App, including its code, design, and branding, is owned by Austin Reece. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Nudge is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Meeting times and alerts depend on the accuracy of your Google Calendar data.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Austin Reece shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to missed meetings, calendar sync issues, or data loss.

Third-Party Services

Nudge integrates with Google Calendar and may open links to third-party video conferencing platforms. Your use of these services is governed by their respective terms. We are not responsible for the availability or functionality of these third-party services.

Termination

You may stop using Nudge at any time by uninstalling the App and revoking calendar access in your Google Account settings. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify the App at any time without notice.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. Material changes will be communicated through app release notes.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, United States.
